FAQs for Contributors
What types of content can I submit?
We accept a wide range of content, like personal narratives, essays, case studies, research-based pieces, and creative art forms, including poetry, illustrations, photography, and short films that depict women’s experiences in religious and peacebuilding spaces.
Do I need to pitch my idea before writing?
Yes. Before you start writing a piece, please share with us the topic and your approach at team@faithfuturescollective.org. It doesn't need to be very long. A short paragraph or 4–5 bullet points are enough. We will then provide guidance on how to go ahead.
Can I send content that has been published somewhere else?
Yes, provided you have the repost rights to it. If your content was originally published in a language other than English, please provide an English translation.
Will I get paid for my contribution?
We’ll offer a nominal honorarium for each piece written exclusively for Faith Futures Collective from the founder of this initiative. We’re currently raising funds to offer substantial financial compensation to our contributors.
Can I withdraw my submission after it has been sent?
Yes, please notify us via email as soon as possible. We will honour your request and remove the submission from our review queue.
