Highlights:Shubha is an interdisciplinary policy and development researcher specialising in gender and health. Over her career, Shubha has collaborated with government bodies, non-profits, and academic institutions to leverage her expertise in research and communications to facilitate societal development. She is currently working at the central Ministry of Women and Child Development, where she leads evidence-based policy initiatives to improve nutrition for women and children. Shubha is an intersectional feminist and her work is reflective of her dedication to social justice and equality. In her free time, Shubha likes exploring stories through TV shows and films and finds her balance in life’s quieter and slower moments.
